Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pedro Taxi Las Terrenas, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to our clients while also protecting our business operations. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Client Cancellations & Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (e.g., via email). The refund amount is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the scheduled pickup time:
- More than 48 hours notice: You will receive a 100% full refund of any amount paid.
- Between 24 to 48 hours notice: You will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. You will receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be provided. This is considered a last-minute cancellation.
No-Shows
A "no-show" is a situation where the client fails to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time without any prior notification. This includes providing incorrect booking details (e.g., flight number, date, or time). No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Booking Modifications
If you need to change the date or time of your service, please contact us as soon as possible. All modification requests are subject to vehicle availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee all changes can be met.
Cancellations by Our Company
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, extreme weather, or safety concerns), we will notify you immediately. You will be offered the choice of a full 100% refund or rescheduling your service for another time at no additional cost.
