Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? We've got answers. Find everything you need to know about our services below. If you can't find your answer, don't hesitate to contact us!
Bookings & Payments
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during the high season (December to April). However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us, and we'll find a solution for you.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer or tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time are non-refundable.
We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including cash (USD or DOP), and secure online payments. Please confirm your preferred method when booking your service with our team.
Safety & Logistics
Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. All our vehicles are modern, fully insured, air-conditioned, and regularly maintained. We are happy to provide child seats upon request to ensure the safety of our youngest travelers. Please mention it when booking.
Samaná, and especially Las Terrenas, is considered one of the safest tourist areas in the Dominican Republic. Like any travel destination, we recommend using common sense, but you can feel secure exploring its beautiful beaches and attractions, especially when using a trusted transportation service like ours.
Transfers
No problem at all. We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. Your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive, at no extra cost.
After you clear customs and collect your luggage, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a clear sign with your name on it for easy identification.
Excursions
We generally recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and a camera. For water activities like the El Limón Waterfall or Cayo Levantado, be sure to bring your swimsuit and a towel. Specific recommendations will be provided when you book your tour.
It depends on the tour. Many of our full-day excursions, like the trip to Los Haitises National Park, include a delicious, traditional Dominican lunch. Shorter tours may not include meals. This will always be clearly specified in the tour details when you book.
