Every year, from January to March, the Bay of Samaná becomes the stage for an awe-inspiring encounter with humpback whales. This private excursion ensures your once-in-a-lifetime whale watching experience is as seamless, comfortable, and respectful as possible.

he season runs strictly from mid-January to late March. Early February is often considered the peak for sightings.
Wear light layers, including a windbreaker or light rain jacket, as it can be windy and wet on the water. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and your camera with a good zoom lens.
While the tour is boat-based and the water can sometimes be choppy, we use stable vessels. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking medication beforehand.
